Why is regular pool-water testing important?
Testing helps maintain balanced water. Products may not work effectively when water is out of balance, and imbalanced water can contribute to surface damage and swimmer discomfort.
How long should the pool pump run?
Aqua Tide’s existing guidance recommends approximately 8–12 hours per day in summer and 4–6 hours per day in winter, subject to the pool system and conditions.
Why does filtration matter?
Filtration removes undissolved dirt and debris from the water. A clean, correctly sized filter supports clearer water and more effective circulation.
What does “balanced pool water” mean?
Water balance describes the interaction between pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, dissolved solids and temperature. Balanced water supports swimmer comfort, chemical efficiency and protection of pool surfaces and equipment.
